Gov. Rick Snyder plans to attend and offer brief remarks at the 2011 Governor's Education Summit Monday, April 25.
The 9:40 a.m. event is at the Kellogg Center's Big Ten Room, 55 S. Harrison Road in East Lansing.
Snyder is under fire for proposed cuts to public education in his fiscal budget that is being ironed by state lawmakers.
